The ABCs
- Approval from a lender is required with any
offer. HUD, VA and Banks all require a pre approval letter from a lender.
Exceptional deals do not remain on the market for very long. Usually the
buyer will have 48 hours to submit a signed contract with the approval
letter from a lender. You need to know how much you can borrow before you
